VB Builders, based out of Annapolis, MD has been a family-run business since 2019. The VB team utilizes their knowledge of the building industry and interior design expertise in the residential arena to create beautifully balanced spaces that feel refreshingly modern and endlessly classic. Our team approaches each design challenge as an opportunity to find a unique design vision for our clients. From concept to completion, the VB team simplifies the custom home building process to make it easy and straight forward for you. We’re not your average home building company. While our main focus is quality and higher standards, our creative team has a true passion for design, accompanied by the ability to understand the specific style of each client and marrying it with the Modern Farmhouse aesthetic. As a result, our clients move into an inviting and approachable space, but most importantly, a home that will stand the test of time.

Experience includes managing businesses and managers within for commercial construction and residential home building projects. Very well versed and experienced in land Development. Strong references, credentials and a proven track record of profitable ventures throughout the entire eastern shore.

Steven has 42 years of history overseeing all phases of Residential and Commercial construction, while integrating with other trades to produce successful projects in the line of Residential, government, commercial, and private sectors. Experience includes managing crews on construction/demolition projects and residential home building.
